If your PC is three years old or newer, it's better to just upgrade it as best you can with the set-up you have. You can change out graphics cards, power supplies and CPU's to modernize it. But if it gets older than that, it's usually easier to buy a new one that has all the new equipment. They do have E-waste centers that take care of older units safely. Depends on your skills but I prefer to just upgrade everything when ever I can. New ones come with so much junk already installed. Advantages : It's new and fresh. Disadvantages : E-waste and days of cleaning out all the ads and junk that comes with new ones.
