There are a few reasons why you're receiving a Snapchat could not find friends error, and I'll outline them for you here:
- The most simple reply to this question would be that you don't actually have any friends that use Snapchat.
- There is an issue with the app itself.
- There is an issue with your phone. This could be connection errors, or a bug in the app at your end.
- The first thing you should do is check that you're connected to the wifi correctly. Many app errors occur due to a lack of network connection.
- Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again. Sometimes this sorts out these types of issues.
- If none of the above have worked, you could try resetting your phone. Make sure you've saved everything beforehand if you intend to do a factory reset.
- If you have no such luck with any of these options, the last thing I'd suggest is to get in touch with Snapchat and see what they have to say about it.
Most of the time, I can get my apps to work properly again by deleting them and then reinstalling them. At times, I've had success with resetting my phone. Then again, sometimes it's an issue with the app itself, and in that case, there's nothing you can do until they correct the problem. Good luck!
