If you see a playback error of 1011 on Netflix, then there are a couple of potential problems:
An issue with the Netflix application itself
An issue with some Netflix account information stored on the device
An issue connecting to the Internet from your device
Netflix has a page dedicated to solving 1011 errors, and this is what the recommend you do:- reboot the device by turning your device off and back on again.
- reinstalling the Netflix app by deleting the current version you have on your device, and then downloading a new (and possibly updated) version from the app/play store.
