You can hack or get around Qustodio and most firewalls.
The first place to start if you want to bypass Qustodio is to use a site like hidemyass.com
This will allow you to browse the web using a proxy, which disguises your ip address.
Most firewall protection is savvy to this approach though, so the next thing to try is UltraSurf or JonDo
Both of these software packages need to be installed on your computer.
Other options include:
1. Using Mozilla Firefox and tweaking the browser settings to allow you to browse as a proxy.
Go to Tools > Options > Connection Settings, and change the Proxy Settings to a proxy.
2. Use a VPN (virtual private network).
Setting one up can be tricky, but these will work 100% of the time.
3. Set up a mobile hotspot using your phone and connect to the internet via 3G.
Most of these options should get you passed Qustodio in about 20-30 minutes.
