Does Google Chrome have anti phishing?

Yes they have the Anti Phishing feature.

If "Enable phishing and malware protection." feature is turned on for your google chrome browser, then you will receive warning alters if a site is found suspicious, effected by malware or suspected by phishing.

To check weather the option is enabled or not, click on the Chrome Menu and then click on "Show advance settings" and find "Privacy".

Inside the Privacy setting make sure the option "Enable phishing and malware protection." is ticked.
