this really depends on whether you had deactivated or 'deleted' the account , facebook account usually takes 14 days to delete and deactivated straight away ,but if you only deactivated it , you are free to log back on and reactivate it whenever you want even after a year , but if you actually deleted the account and its already been 14 days after you deleted it it may actually be deleted but be sure to check .
