Depends on whether you were using a POP 3 service and using an email program on your computer to get the email. Deleting from it just means the emails are still on the server provided you set options to leave message on server.
If you haven't emptied the email Trash folder, they should still be there. Those in an online Trash folder get deleted from server when they are 30-days or older.
