How to reset lexmark Z2320 printer?

Bit of a basic answer sorry - but try unplugging from the power and the computer for a a few seconds and then restarting after reconnecting it.

Also check you have the correct printer drivers installed on your computer, and open the print que to and delete all print jobs that are waiting.
