I downloaded a game and it said you cannot play this game at the current video output setting 80028f10 and I don't kno what that means and it wont let me play the game what do I have to do to play the game

I had the same problem. DO NOT click download in background, thats what messes it up.
Didn't click download in background. I let it download without playing with anything. Initially, had problem with Date and Time settings (fixed that already). Now the opening scene loops, but I can't "accept" to play.
