How can you put a moving picture onto your xat profile pic?

That will be like a gif so you need to follow some specified steps I process through here:

1. Register To Xat, When you have your pawn should have a black star and you can edit your profile.
2. Save up to 300-360 Days or 400 xats.
3. When you have get a power called animate and then you get the link to any moving picture you want.
4. Press your pawn and then paste the URL or type the url into the picture bar of what picture link you want or code.
5. Your picture finally moves! (Other peoples picture will not move if they wont have this special power)
