A laptop pc is portable. You can bring it anywhere you want. Like the MSI Wind U123 is so small the screen is 10" you can really bring it anywhere you want. The weight is about 3lbs only. Yes laptop are portable but it breaks easy and no room for upgrade if there are its expensive ...and it doesn't have as much memory as a desktop offers...
