Well you could use ultra ball, quick ball, dusk ball, maybe fastball, and uh level ball

If you just went into battle: Quick Balls
If you have been battling them for a long time: Timer Balls
If it's been a short time since you started: Ultra Balls, or Great Balls.
If it's at night: Dusk Balls
If you use False Swipe, and it has one HP: Cherish Balls.

A masterball. But I don't like to use them. If you are like me just keep using ultraballs on it. Dusk balls also work on HG/SS.
Master ball failed for me! So I had to use 25-70 ultra balls still dint work so I did 10-21 dusk balls then it was caght (I only did it on Soul Silver) -_-
