Well try to get a water balloon with gems (if you can throws objects) then go to pier and throw one at dough bot. He should tell you to go and Otto's house/condos so that you can repair him. Click on your friend list and type in "Otto" then visit his condo. He should be there so click on him and he will give you something and tell you to go back to pier. He gives you a type of chip so throw that on dough bot. Thats how you get a laser gun.
