I think you have copied that right from your assignment because statement like "not mentioned in the resource formation" are given in assignments. Where's the resource formation?Anyways, according to me things like abstract, table of contents are more important in the academic paper. Abstract and works cited of a proposal or paper is important first then summary, recommendations and introductions also need attention.
