There should be a problem with that type of situation. Wii's are designed to be used plasma tv's. Don't leave your game paused for too long or you might get burn in.

It wont damage it but it will use up the hours you have on the tv and you will have to have it reset which costs a lot so I suggest not using your plasma to play wii on.

Well the Nintendo Wii is an amazing and interactive game and is truly the next step in next generation games. I have played the Nintendo Wii with my friend on his Plasma television and it was running fine. I don't know precisely which model his television set was but it was definitely a plasma.
