How Many Socks Does Gary Have In Club Penguin?

Gary has diffrent sock number once I got 22 and 33 I can tell you go to the pet shop and you might see a paper with weird writting on the dog house then decode it and you will get the answer it will say Gary has (number of socks) you can decode  it is outstanding  wondering how to decode? (have to be a psa agent and a pef) But do not have to be PEF
