I have provided Tech support for Apple products for close to a year now in an Apple call center. Several customers have asked about getting a foreign keyboard to install on the Macbook/Macbook Pro computers. There is no way to order the internal keyboard from Apple or send it in to be exchanged. The easiest and least expensive option would be to purchase an external USB German keyboard to use with the Macbook. The only way to get a Macbook directly from Apple with a German keyboard is to purchase one in Germany.
