There should be full instructions on how to program your LG EnV2 in the literature that came with it so all you need to do is to follow the steps that have been provided. If you have not got these for whatever reason, then you can either take your phone to the place where you bought it from and ask them to show you how to program it, or you could contact LG directly. Obviously, you will not be able to call their help desk if your phone has not been programmed, but you could try emailing their customer services for help.
Alternatively, you could try the following steps:
• Main menu
Make sure that the phone is switched on and then press 'OK' so that you get the main menu.
• Sound Settings
You will be able to use the 'Up' and 'Down' keys to get to the 'Settings and Tools' menu. Press 'OK' and then find 'Sound Settings' so that you can customize the ringtone. When you have chosen the one that you want, just press 'OK' again. Return to 'Sound Settings' and adjust the volume to what is comfortable for you; again press 'OK'.
• Display Settings
Return to the original 'Settings and Tools' menu and use the 'Up and Down' arrow keys to navigate your way to 'Display settings' so that you can customize your display themes, wallpaper and banner. Once you have chosen the ones that you want, press 'OK' after each selection.
• Phone features
Once you have done this, you can explore all of the different features on your phone in the same way. If you find that it does not display particular features the way that you wanted it to, simply return to that particular aspect of the phone's programming and refine it until you get it just how you want it to be.
