If you suspect that your handset has become blocked, you may need a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code.
On your mobile screen, if you see "Blocked - See Supplier", then you need a new SIM and if you see "Blocked", then you need PUK.
When you purchased your SIM card, it came along with PUK. However, if you have lost it, please call your service provider; they will be able to give you PUK for your SIM.
