What can I do if someone stole my password and changed it and I don't remember the secret answer to retake my email back ?
In order to change your hotmail password, first open the hotmail sign up page. Once you reach your sign up page, just below your password column you will find, forgot your password? Click on this and you will run into a next page. Subsequently, fill in the characters to continue. The next page, will display in formation stating Reset Your Password, wherein you have two options
• Send yourself a password reset e-mail message.
• Provide account information and answer your secret question.
If you remember your answer to your secret question, then click on the second link. This page will display the same questions that were asked to you at the time of creating the account. For which, you have to provide the answers you had given while creating your account. This will in turn, change the password to your choice.
The first link will provide information to your password via email.
