Well So Far throughout the game. I'm In Advanced S Rank Almost Ex Mode. But I Have Checked The Advanced S Rank And In The Two Places I Thought It Would Be : Silent Forest & Windy Prairies It Wasn't In Either o.o but I did see eevee in Silent forest. And as I stood on the circle I noticed one question mark next to Yanmega's Space. So You Might Have to do Silent Forest A Few Times To Get It Or One Of The Other 4 places or it is in ex mode.
