Is There A Submarine Cheat For San Andreas Ps2?

Ok, I have heard on the island to the left on the screen which runs north to south. Near the airport in one of the rivers, there is a *DRIVABLE* submarine which is underwater deep in one of the rivers near the airport. I have only heard of this. If somebody finds it, make a big deal about it because I would like to find it too. (I heard the from my friend and I am currently searching. Tell me if someone finds it.)
