I have no educated opinion only a personal one. It's a slippery trail from making people healthy to making them designer. There is also something to be said for a "flaw" in a design - it can sometimes be the most significant part of the whole. It's like the concept of yin and yang, opposites. You need the dark to show the light, you need the white to show the black, you need the imperfections to show the perfections. I do not want our world to devalue people based on their minds or bodies. We are not livestock. It would be nice in a way if we were all perfect, but I find just as much enjoyment out of a rainy day as I do a sunny one
