Yes. The way to do it is to go to a library or some other place like a verizon wireless store or best buy, find somewhere public where there is an internet connection. Don't use anything attributed to you. Then get onto yahoo and create an account from there. Write your email in notepad, copy paste into your email to the person to make it even harder to trace and then send it and no one will ever be able to attribute it to you. It's not anonymous but no one could ever trace it back to you through fingerprinting. Genius, I know.
Depends. If you have a laptop, simply drive around until you find someone's wireless net connection. You might be surprised how many do not secure their networks, not just privately owned ones either. While connected to that network, any ip tracing will come back to that network.
