How To Get Totodile Chikorita Cyndaquil In Fire Red?

You can't physically catch one inside Fire Red. You have to catch all of the pokémon in the Hoenn pokedex in Emerald; then someone gives you the choice of one of the Johto starter pokémon–Totodile, Chikorita, and Cyndaquil. Hope that helps!
