Is There A Converter For MS Works 4.5a Word Processing Files To A MS Works 9 Word Processing File?

I had this same problem, but was able to install MSWorks 4.5 (still had original disk & oem#) onto my new computer with Vista and still keep the Works 9.0 version intact.  Transferred all my templates via disk into the newly installed 4.5 on vista and everything works great!!

just make sure you install 4.5 into Program Files and NOT in Program Files x86
