Unlock it and tell boost you want to switch from iDEN to CDMA, they will tell you the rest.
Ps. They should unlock it for you for free, or you can take it to the store or whatever store it came from and ask them to do it, but if its sprint you wont need to. Plus sprint Tours come unlocked from RIM.
