You can also dance; if you do this about every 30 seconds, then stop for a couple of seconds before starting again, you will find that you gets lots of flow.
Another way to get flow is to participate in games and challenges. Some challenges actually direct you to games so you could end up with twice the flow that you would have normally.
If you go to the Buzz Cafe, ask to be friends with the Barista and get some coffee. Once you get it, the coffee will give you extra flow. Other easy ways of getting flow include doing jobs (which is easy because all you need to do is to click); order food; and walk over the piano keys outside Flo's Diner.
