Ok so you go to celestic town, and you go down the stairs in the center of the village,a nd you go left up the other set of stairs. Go up and stop on top of the three flowers and press A. There you should get the King's Rock. (If you have any problems finding it, just go down the stairs and left up the other stairs and use the Dowsing App)
