If you are using a Windows PC then you will need to have the correct Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese language pack installed and this will also be necessary for viewing the symbols that you post. There are many different input methods available and one of the most straightforward, particularly if you are not going to be doing this regularly is to simply type your text in to one of the translate web pages available and then copy and paste the symbols it displays. You will need the language pack installed to see these characters though as mentioned. There are various sites that allow you to do this but if you are writing in Chinese more regularly, it might be worthwhile getting a tablet pad or some other input device.
