Take it to your nearest mobile phone shop and they will unlock it. They will ask a few questions like your syntherial number and how much credit you had but it should be okay. Make sure you ask just to get the Puk unlocked and not the phone unless you want to be able to use any network SIM on your phone and that will cost a tenner. Thank you. (PS, it happened to me to.
