Where Do I Catch A Wild Charmander In Pokemon Platinum Without Using Laefgreen Or Fire Red?

In the road 217, the you go to the cave, and when you get their you uses dig and you will find a charmander

You  can get one in resort area at night'

Yes there is you go tot he resort area in the really thick grass but it will take ages

You find charmander in route 218 at night   I think
iam sorry if it doesnt work

You go in the grass at the resort area you have a5% catch rate

You can find charmander on route 229 not in a friggin cave but its a 5% catch rate and 1 to 10 to find it

I think its around the resort area or something in front of the berry bushes or soil. Someone told me that I thought this information would be useful . If not real, sorry :(

There is no way there is a charmander in platinum

You have to have fr/lg. There is no way around it
