Club penguin is one of my old favs. You create a penguin and you get to talk to people and play REALLY cool games. Plus the people can't say anything inappropriate or first of all it wont go thru so nobody will see it. Plus that user gets banned so its a friendly enviroment for any age. Hope this helps!!

Well toon town is just about the most fun game out there...all of my friends have one too and there is a filtered chat with your own avatar, home, pets, and make the bestest of friends! You can whisper to make a chat private. But remember it is filtered so you are ok.

Umm. I am 11 and I like to go on habbo. It's free. You don't need e-mail. You can type chat. You can make Friends. Its really fun and addicting, but just don't go in the dating room.
