Well I'm sorry to say its not on the pokedex but it is real- First you got to use some online hack on pokemon ruby to make it pokemon ruby destiny- then you must have all the legindary pokemon from all the pokemon games including dark lugia & lucario on the game or just use a action replay like I did- then the profeser will tell you about a new cave found in the area- go to it and climb the stairway to heven then there will be angeallen ( be carfull though its strong and its lvl 70)
