Well start a survey and in the middle of the survey exit out and click on "need help" and send them an email you must make it believable that you didnt get your points and hopefully they believe you and you get points it worked for me so it might work for you :)

I've done this TONS of times. After I do a survey, and it doesn't work, I'll press 'Contact Customer Care' (what is used to be called) that's next to the offer you attempted. Then complain, and make it believable. And be sad, and then they'll send you the points. I've done this many times, and I've gotten 100,000 points in a week! I was so excited. This works, their aren't really any 'cheats' out there.
