In order for mozilla firefox to be off yo computer you have to change yo ip address. The same thing happened to me... It works trust me!!! Oh and if you want 2 change it I suggest internet explorer!

Yes, all you have to do is just switch your ip address!!! Ex.(internet explorer to mozilla firefox) it worked 4 me hope it works 4 you!!!!
