You can try this
1st Start
2&tbsp;   Control panel
3    User Account
you want change password,create new account or delete....all at inside

1st make sure your CD-ROM is CD-RW
2nd what windows are you using now?? If using windows xp then just copy and paste only
3rd try to use Nero software to burn what you want,and easy to use

You can use kaspersky antivirus to scan what virus in your system 1st,then do step by step, if still cannot settled then need reformat pc
