Where Is Misdreavus In Pokemon Platinum Version?

Wrong,you can get at night time in the lost tower

At night eterna forest or lost tower(all floors)

Unfortunatley you cannot find misdreavus in pokemon platinum

so if you or a friend has pokemon pearl then you can catch it there then trade it.
