you can only catch murkrow in diamond and misdreavus on pearl you have to trade it from
diamond and pearl and put it onto platinum to get it

A dusk stone evolves Murkrow in to Honchkrow and Misdreavus in to Mismagius

It evolves misdreavus and murkrow but I think it evolves something else as well
