Check with Comcast and ask them cause they will give you a speed increase but one thing they won't tell you is that they will charge you for a speed increase . I found that out when i got my Comcast billing and they charged me $18.00 just for a speed increase so just be careful when you deal with Comcast. I hope this solves some of your problems and yes Comcast does have low speeds not much you can unless you want pay more money for the speed increase that they don't tell you about.
