How long does it take to rank a new website on Google search engine?

Now, I wonder what you think about SpySerp if anyone has ever used it? I heard that it`s some kind of a search engine, but can it be cooler than google, yahoo and the others? I don`t know much about it would like to know your opinion, guys, can`t decide what to use...I`ll be grateful if you share your experience!
