Properly? That is subjective.

There are different branches of physics. Accordingly there are ever more questions remaining to be addressed. Some of the more well- known topics that physicists are unable to explain conclusively are:

Dark matter.

Dark energy.

What the universe is expanding INTO.

fibromyalgia -That would be more likely a field for Neurology.

I'm positive any entomologist can tell you exactly how a grasshopper can jump so high.

A sociologist would probably give you question a "go" concerning the idiot in the White House.

Well, a sociologist would try but I'm not so sure he could explain.

The rate and tempo of music influence and stimulate the brain, which in turn causes increase of breathing . . . it is an emotional response. It is also why soothing music can slow the breathing and heart rate and being scared can raise the heart rate and breathing . . . http://www.abc.net.au/science/articles/2005/10/10/1478792.htm
As far as our very existence, do you mean humans in regards to evolution, or the first living cells as in something like abiogenesis, or the birth of the universe?

I find myself driving faster or slower, depending upon the tune. Thank goodness I have cruise control.

I find that if I listen to heavy rock and I am stuck in traffic, I have a greater tendency for road rage, since my breathing is up, heart rate is up, and patience is down . . . .
I will usually put NPR on or listen to slow jazz in that instance.
