I have a Motorola razr M touch screen cell phone I have a pin code and everytime I put in the pin it doesn't unlock my phone so I have to reset my phone how do I reset my phone without deleting all my contacts and apps?

Unfortunately, since you are locked out of your device, there isn't much I can do to help. Did you have a backup service set up through your carrier or with a Motorola/Google account? If so, one of these services may have a copy of your contacts. Speak with your carrier and see if there's anything they can do to help you out. If not, I'm afraid you're out of luck my friend.
