h1z1 is not currently available for mac.
However, this may changed based on demand. It's current only available in a very early sandbox mode. The PC version is available on popular gaming site Steam (http://store.steampowered.com/app/295110/).
If you're a fan on MMO's, then it definitely looks like it'll be worth checking out.
Even though it's not currently available for mac, I reckon it's only a matter of time until mac users can also enjoy playing h1z1. There's already a Reddit petition asking for a OSX version of the game to be released.

The same if you enjoy zombie games or survival challenges.
Because h1z1 is such an early release, you can expect to find bugs and issues with the gameplay at the moment. Gamers are invited to flag changes that need to be made by contacting the developers or posting comments on Steam.
Sadly, for now, if you are a mac user, you'll have to be content with enjoying footage of the gameplay...
