If you're trying to see private timeline photos, then I'm guessing you haven't used any of the Facebook hacker apps or programs out there?
I tried a few, but none where really very successful, and some asked me to complete survey questions and stuff like that.. So real waste of time.
How to view private timelines without wasting your time doing stupid surveys and stuff like that!
In the end, the only way I managed to get into a private profile of one of my classmates who is no longer speaking to me (and actually blocked me on Facebook) was by pretending to be someone else.
