There are a couple of things you can do if you've lost your mobile phone tracker password:
First, if you have retrieved the phone but can't remember the password, there is no way to unlock it yourself.
You will need to take it to customer services, and they will unlock the mobile device for you.
You can also try resetting to factory settings if you have never installed a password before and are simply unable to retrieve the default password that Samsung have set, for some reason.
For more information, try calling your network provider first, and they will refer you to a department that will unlock your phone. The reason being is that you need to prove that you are the true owner.
Imagine if anyone was able to unlock a mobile tracker with no pin knowledge. Phones could easily be stolen and accessed for personal details and gain.
