At the moment I am working on a website, it is going to be an online talent show, where people send in videos of their talent and it gets entered into a contest. Is there anyone out there that would like to be part of the talent show or help organize it?

- What will the competition entail? And are there going to be prizes for the winner/s?

- What are the rule for entrants? Can any type of video be entered?

- How is this website going to make you money? Or how will you afford to run the site?

- What is the reward or incentive for people that help out or help you run it?
