Go to the set up of the laptop. Switch on the laptop and then press F2 or del to enter the setup. Go to the supervisor password and reset it according to your need. But if you don't know any password, you have to remove a chip from the motherboard and restart the computer. It will ask to reset the password. Change the password and then put back the chip to its position. It is a very small chip. You must know about it.
