Thats what in trying to figure out. Try using Samsung PC Studio 3. But it says that your phone is in MTP mode and it needs to be in USB mode. I don't know how to put your phone in USB mode. Srry. If you know could you please tell me how? So I can upload my pics from my juke.
Ok I use bit pim and how you get your pone in that mode is
1. Go to settings and tools once you click that
2.push the # button
3 the code is 00000
4 go to choice 3 mtp setting
5 change it to msm
6 if you did it right it will say can not syn ce music
7 when you are done don't forget to change it back
