I just got Prince of Persia Sand of Time, and when I click to install it, this error show's up saying that I have to close any running programs, empty your temporary folder and check your internet connection and is also error 6002, can you guys help?

Well if I can help close all your windows using internet and close windows live messanger (if you have it) empty your recycle bin click that computer in right bottom corner of screen check if you have very good or excellent connection then close that window and try your install again
